Rather than forecasting where a stock might go, momentum reads where it is already going and moves with that direction. The framework backs that price strength with fundamental checks, so a stock has to be both moving and financially sound to qualify.
Risk management runs continuously rather than as a periodic event. Positions are monitored against their exit rules throughout, and the portfolio is rebalanced to the framework on a defined schedule.
No. Assets stay in your own account, held with the custodian, and trades are executed through a registered broker on that account. As a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser we advise on your portfolio; we are not a pooled product and your capital is never held in our name.
None of those. It is an advisory strategy delivered under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. You remain the owner of every share, and the advisory relationship begins only after a suitability assessment and a signed Client Agreement.
